Every bar of Sabun is handcrafted by Mohammed, a master soap maker from Aleppo, Syria — the birthplace of this ancient tradition. When war forced him to flee Syria in 2012, Mohammed carried with him centuries of knowledge and a determination to keep the art of Savon d'Alep alive. In 2014, he established his factory in Turkey using the same traditional methods and raw materials from Aleppo, creating jobs and preserving a 1,000-year-old craft.
When you choose Sabun, you're not just buying soap — you're supporting a refugee artisan and helping preserve one of the world's oldest soap-making traditions.
